Dora Williams

Born and raised in Italy Dora had a passion for painting from her early teens. Her ability was recognized with success at school art shows.

Prevented by circumstances from following an education at art institute, she pursued a career in business for many years, initially in Italy and after moving to in England in 1988.

She moved to Cayman in 2000. The easier pace of life and the growing-up of her two sons gave her time and space to dedicate herself to painting and to develop as an artist.

She has studied privately on Island and attended numerous workshop abroad at the Academy of Realist Art in Toronto.

Dora runs with passionate enthusiasm art courses for children at the National Gallery of Cayman Islands.
